Federation is committed to fostering and maintaining a culture of winter sports in Azerbaijan.

Our mission is to lead, encourage, and support athletes in achieving excellence by empowering national teams, amateurs, officials, volunteers, trainers, parents of young athletes, and fans of all socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders.

Our vision is to create a conducive environment for the mass development of winter sports in Azerbaijan.
